Being backed by Autopack, a global leader in shrink wrapping automation with over 45 years of installations, spanning six continents, we are part of an experienced service team who understands your equipment.
Autopack standards include name-brand components such as Allen-Bradley, Festo, and Siemens, so you don’t have to worry about getting parts or long lead times. We carry a large inventory of replacement parts to keep you up and running.
If you need onsite installation, we will send an experienced technician to get you up and running quickly so you can get back to running your business.

We also offer Real-Time Factory Support to keep production lines up and humming.
With an OPTIONAL eWON Cosy Interface installed in your machine, we can connect to your system in real-time from our factory.
Our engineers can establish a secure VPN connection, monitor performance, provide programming upgrades, and do full diagnostics. With the optional eWON, factory support is just a phone call away. No need to jump a plane and lose production. This service is free for both in and out warranty machinery with the purchase of the eWON.
