Autopack CZH Tray & Case Packer Description
The Autopack CZH Tray & Case Packer packs products onto cardboard sheets with horizontal collation and sideloading including a front stabilizer bar to handle unstable containers. It can handle various product shapes such as cans, bottles, or cartons.
The CZH automatically collates and loads products, forms a cardboard case or tray from a pre-formed sheet, and uses a Nordson hot melt glue system to seal the case or tray together.
With direct connection to the shrink wrapper, the CZH Tray & Case Packer can handle single products or multi-packs (with multi-lane infeed). It can be used with the Autopack SIM or SIT shrink bundlers, or other Autopack multi-packer bundlers, to create a complete end of line packaging solution.
The Autopack CZH series tray/case forming machines can be integrated with an Autopack shrink bundler wrapper to provide a turnkey solution for palletizing and distribution.
