Autopack SIM CMOS is a Continuous Motion Overlap Shrink Wrap Bundler with Inline Infeed. The overlap sealing of film provides a tight pack, making the SIM CMOS ideal for use with the printed film option.

The Autopack SIM CMOS can be configured as single or multi-lane and is designed for handling all product types that can be accumulated, such as bottles, cans, or cartons.

The machine easily adjusts collation patterns for various numbered pack combinations of bundled products. This compact machine features bottom overlap sealing for printed film and fast changeovers without using tools.

Using integrated controls and user-friendly HMI, the SIM CMOS achieves sharp, printed film registration for product branding. Using the diverter option on triple tracks, it can pack up to 135 packs per minute.

With a maximum speed of 45 cycles/min on singletrack, and up to 135 packs/min on triple tracks the SIM CMOS is among the world’s most compact overlap sealing machines.
