The collaborative robot palletizer uses 6 rotating joints to perform any possible configuration. Their work allows the user to employ existing manpower in other types of qualified control and management roles. They can be re-programmed in the shortest time, so to position and use them where they are most needed. This gives greater flexibility of use wherever in the company. The interface system is intuitive and can store different work methodologies. The robot, which is the core of this machine, is equipped with sensors that slow its movement down in case of persons or objects approaching the working area. Thanks to the sensors positioned in strategic points the collaborative robots are safe even without safety guards: in case of a minimal interference with any foreign object they will instantly stop.
