Autopack SLO CMOS is a Continuous Motion Overlap Shrink Wrap Bundler with Side Infeed. The overlap sealing of film provides a tight pack, making the SLO CMOS ideal for use with the printed film option.
The Autopack SLO CMOS can easily adjust collation patterns for various numbered pack combinations of bundled products. This compact machine features bottom overlap sealing for printed film and fast changeovers without using many tools.
Using integrated controls and user-friendly HMI, the SLO CMOS achieves sharp, printed film registration for product branding. Using the diverter option on triple tracks, it can pack up to 120 packs per minute.
With a maximum speed of 45 cycles/min on singletrack, and up to 120 packs/min on double tracks the SLO CMOS is among the world’s most compact overlap sealing machines.
