Are there minimum requirements for Shrink Bundling Automation?

No. There is no minimum requirement, as it is based on the customer's needs. Considerations for automating shrink bundling include product security, presentation, and shipping needs.

Can packaging equipment be combined?

Yes. Our Tray/Case Packers can be combined with our Autopack Shrink Wrapping machines for a complete bundling solution. We also offer bypasses (to one or both machines) to suit your packaging requirements.

Can bundled products be re-bundled?

Yes. Product(s) can be shrink-wrapped into small bundles and then sent to another shrink wrap machine for re-bundling. You can even use the same machine set to a larger pack pattern. (See our beverage Industry solutions).

Can a Shrink Bundler be moved to other production lines?

Yes. We offer machine casters with mounting systems to easily move and secure shrink bundler machines to and from other production lines. We also offer different infeed conveyors that can be swapped out based on the position of the production line.

Do we handle the shrink wrapping of boats?

No. Shrink wrapping boats is a manual process to protect boats from the elements on land. Our shrink-wrapping machines are automatic and designed for packaged product production lines.
