Holland Packaging offers an Autopack tray packer solution for applications where products require the extra stability of a cardboard tray.

The tray packer automatically collates and loads products onto a cardboard sheet then. forms a tray to support the products. It then seals the tray using a Nordson hot melt glue system to seal the tray together.

The tray packer works with many different sized products and shapes and can be configured with a variety of Autopack shrink bundlers.

Depending on your application, it can also be configured for tray and shrink wrapping, and/or full case packing of products. The tray packer solution offers a turnkey solution for palletizing, stacking, and distributing your products safely.
