CLM Right-Angle Tray and Wraparound Case Packer
The CLM is an intermittent tray packer with side / right-angle infeed on multiple lanes and a flight-bar pusher. It forms a tray from a blank, loads the collation, and glues with Nordson hot melt. Use it when the filler or bundler cannot line up with an inline CZH.

How it runs
- Side / multi-lane infeed (optional splitter, turning device).
- Flight bar pushes the group onto the blank.
- Tray or wraparound folds; Nordson glue.
- Discharge to SIT (tray-shrink) or to palletizing if the case is the finished pack.
Why plants choose the CLM
The infeed matches the room. Right-angle + lanes is the whole reason this model exists next to CZH.
Flight bar, not sideload. Better when product is already grouped in lanes or arrives as a film multipack.
Two system jobs. Tray-then-shrink or shrink-then-case — one packer.
Same glue and stainless language as CZH. Nordson, ~20/min, Allen-Bradley on Holland-supplied systems — different geometry, not a different vendor.
At a glance
- Right-angle / side multi-lane infeed
- Flight-bar loading
- Up to ~20 trays/min
- Nordson hot melt, stainless
- Single products or upstream multipacks
- Options: splitter, stabilizer, package turner, camera full-pack detect, wraparound case
Popular Options:

About 12–20 trays/min; wraparound cases about 5–21, depending on pack.
No. CZH/CLM form and load corrugated. SIT sleeves the loaded tray.
For tray-and-shrink, yes — SIT weld-bar (12–22 trays/min) or SIT CMOS (print / ~40). Wraparound cases often ship without film.
Same machine family. Tray + SIT = less board, film sleeve. Wraparound case = full corrugated, film optional. Spec from shipper requirements, not from the model name.
CZH = inline, compact, sideload, better for unstable bottles into SIT. CLM = right-angle multi-lane, flight bar, also good when multipacks already exist.
