CLM Intermittent Tray Packer Machine
The Autopack CLM Tray Packer is an intermittent, fully automatic tray packer machine with side infeed on multi-lanes. Designed for in-line operation, the CLM works with Autopack’s’ line of shrink-packaging machines for a completely automated packaging solution.
The CLM Tray Packer can be configured to feed single products or multi-packs coming from an upstream Autopack shrink bundler. Ideal for various product shapes such as cans, bottles, or cartons, the CLM uses a flight bar pusher to load the collation onto the cardboard blanks.
The CLM automatically loads the products, forms a cardboard tray from a pre-formed sheet, and uses a Nordson hot melt glue system to seal the tray together for a complete end of liner packaging solution.
The Autopack CLM tray forming machine can be integrated with an Autopack shrink bundler wrapper machine to provide a turnkey solution ready for palletizing and distribution.
