CMOS Continuous Motion Overlap Shrink Wrap Bundler

The Autopack CMOS is a continuous motion overlap shrink wrap bundler. Using inline feed on multiple lanes, it handles all product types that can be bundled such as bottles, cans, or cartons in all industry sectors.

The machine easily adjusts collation patterns for various numbered combinations of bundled products. This compact machine features bottom overlap sealing for printed film and fast changeovers without using tools.

Using Integrated Control and user-friendly HMI, the SIM CMOS achieves sharp, printed film registration for product branding. Using the diverter option on triple tracks, it can pack up to 135 packs per minute.

With a maximum speed of 45 cycles/min on singletrack, the CMOS is among the world’s most compact overlap seal machines.
